Section 46(b) in The Himachal Pradesh Excise Act, 2011
(b)after consuming liquor at any place creates nuisance in a public place, shall be punishable -(i)in the case of an offence falling under clause (a), with fine which shall not be less than one thousand rupees and which may extend to five thousand rupees; and(ii)in the case of offence falling under clause (b), with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months and fine which shall not be less than two thousand rupees and which may extend to ten thousand rupees.
