Section 5(5) in The Hyderabad Abolition of Inams and Cash Grants Act, 1954
(5)On the deposit under sub-section (3), or recovery under subsection (4), of the entire amount of the occupancy price payable by a permanent tenant or tenant, it shall be paid to the inamdar in the prescribed manner.
