(1)The Board shall have power to delegate to a Committee such power as it deems fit.(2)Every Committee appointed by the Board shall exercise the powers conferred on it by or under the Act or these rules, Subject to such instructions, direction or limitations, if any, as may be defined by resolution of the Board and all acts of all Committees shall be Subject to the control of the Board which may cancel, suspend or modify, as it thinks fit, any such act.
