State of Chattisgarh - Subsection

Section 272(1)(a) in Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2008

(a)Proof of age in one or more of the following forms namely : -
(i)Certificate or Mark Sheet awarded by an Examining Board or University or School Leaving Certificate issued by the last school attended;
(ii)Certificate from the Registrar of Births and Deaths ;
(iii)In the absence of the above certificates, a certificate from a Medical Officer not below the rank of an Assistant Surgeon in Government Services.
