Section 3E(1) in West Bengal Stamp (Prevention of Undervaluation of Instruments) Rules, 2001
(1)Every registering officer shall obtain information in respect of any immovable property from the person in the appropriate form mentioned in Appendix V of the West Bengal Registration Rules.
