Section 53 in The Orissa Consolidation of Holdings and Prevention of Fragmentation of Land Act, 1972
53. Transfer made in contravention of the provisions of the Act.
- A transfer made in contravention of any of the provisions of this Act shall not be valid or recognised, any thing contained in any other law for the time being in force notwithstanding.
