Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that one Mukesh Kumar was appearing in place of this petitioner at the matriculation examination.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has no knowledge about Mukesh Kumar appearing at the examination in his place when the petitioner was not found at the examination centre and non-grant of bail will jeopardize the career of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from 2 Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40632 of 2012 (2) dt.22-11-2012 2/2 today in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 46 of 2012 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Jamui, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
