Section 26(e) in U.P. Street Vendors within the area of an Industrial Development Authority (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2018
(e)The Town Vending Committee shall furnish the annual report to the Principal Secretary, Department of Industries, State of Uttar Pradesh after the approval of the Industrial Development Authority.
