Section 2(q) in Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions (Recognition, Grant-In-Aid and Service Conditions Etc.) Rules, 1993
(q)"Management" or "Managing Committee" in relation to any institution, means the committee of management constituted under section 9 of the Act and includes the Secretary or any other person by whatever name designated, vested with the authority to manage and conduct the affairs of the institution;
