Sections 2A, 9, 12, 13, 14 and 18(2)(h) - The authority for the purpose of Sections 2A, 9, 12, 10 and 14 shall be Director of Agriculture Haryana and also the Joint Director of Agriculture concerned with the Marketing Branch of the Agricultural Department.
