Section 76(1) in Uttarakhand Agricultural produce Marketing (Development and regulation) Act, 2011
(1)From the date of publication of the notification of suppression of the Committee under section 75, all the members, including the Chairman and the Vice-Chairman, or the Committee shall be deemed to have vacated their offices.
