Section 8(1) in The Jute Packing Materials (Compulsory Use In Packing Commodities) Act, 1987
(1)The authorised officer may, if he has reason to believe that any commodity has been packed in contravention of section 5 and is secreted in any place, premises or vehicle enter into and search such place, premises or vehicle for such commodity.
