Section 17(4)(a) in The Haj Committee Rules, 1963

(a)The Executive Officer shall from time to time prepare and bring before Committee a schedule setting forth:-

(i)the designations and grades of other employees of the committee who, in opinion, should be maintained; and

(ii)the salaries, fees and allowances, which in his opinion, should be paid each of such employees.
