Section 194(2)(c) in The Petroleum Rules, 2002

(c)If the petroleum has already been landed and stored under rule 21-

(i)if it is otherwise than in bulk, it shall be divided into lots, and samples of each lot shall be selected as provided in clause (a);

(ii)if it is in bulk, samples shall be drawn from each separate storage tank containing the petroleum.
