Section 23(1) in Punjab Boiler Operation Engineers' Rules, 2001
(1)A person holding a certificate of proficiency as Boiler Operation Engineer granted by a Board of Examiners under the corresponding rules of any other State may on application to the Chairman and on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees have the certificate endorsed for validity in the State of Punjab in case the Boiler Operation Engineer Rules for the grant of First Class and Second Class Certificate of proficiency framed by that State are not inconsistent with these rules. Such an endorsement shall be made by the Chairman.
