Section 1 in Assam Venture Madrassa Educational Institutions (Provincialisation of Services) Act, 2011
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Assam Venture Madrassa Educational Institutions (Provincialisation of Services) Act, 2011(2)It extends to the whole of Assam(3)It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of the Act, or for different category of Madrassa Educational Institutions.
