Section 4(viii) in Bihar State Disaster Management Authority (Functions and Management) Rules, 2012
(viii)Project Management Units Vice Chairperson may constitute Project Management Units for implementation of various projects including external funded projects funded by World Bank, ADB, and UNDP, UNICEF as and when needed. Vice Chairperson may constitute such Technical Committee under the Unit as appropriate for examination, appraisal and evaluation of projects as may be necessary.
