ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks a direction to fourth respondent to consider his application for issuance of subdivision patta in application No. 2025/0105/24/718766, dated 05.04.2025.
2. According to the petitioner, he purchased 5123 sq.ft. of land in Survey No.12/4B2 and 11460 sq.ft. in Survey No.12/4B2 and 12/5b in Vandiur First Bit Village, Madurai North Taluk. He submitted an application on 05.04.2025 in application number 2025/0105/24/718766, seeking subdivision patta. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
3. The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents, would submit that third parties have submitted some objections and, therefore, the application of the petitioner would be considered, after issuing notice to the objectors.

4. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner, dated 05.04.2025, and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to petitioner and third party objectors.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
