Section 8(2) in Jharkhand Academic Council Act, 2002
(2)The committee shall give its recommendations to the Council for the approval of the State Government on the following subjects:-(a)scheme and courses of study;(b)preparations of text books in accordance with the approved courses of study;(c)improvement in methods of teaching and suggest latest technique; and(d)Other functions consistent with the purposes of this Act as may from time to time be entrusted to it.
