Section 92 in The Central Reserve Police Force Rules, 1955
92. Free leave pass concessions .-The undermentioned free pass concessions from the Headquarters of the Force or the place of duty of the railway station nearest to his home and return shall be admissible to Head Constables, Naiks, Constables and enrolled followers of the Force:
(1)One free leave pass every three years.(2)One free leave pass for family every six years.(3)Free leave pass when proceeding on medical leave of duration of not less than one month, provided it is certified that the illness or injury, which necessitated medical leave was not brought about by any fault, or negligence on the part of the member of the Force concerned.
