(2)An official representation referred to in sub-section (1) may be made by [the Corporation] [Substituted by M.P. Act, XIV of 1952, section 19.],-(a)on its own motion, or(b)on a written complaint by the Chief Executive Officer or the Health Officer, or(c)in respect of any area comprised in a [Corporation ward] [Substituted by M.P. Act, XIV of 1952, section 19.], on a written complaint signed by twenty-five or more residents of such ward who are liable to pay [property tax under the City of Nagpur Corporation Act, 1948] [Substituted by M.P. Act, XIV of 1952, section 9.].
