Section 45B(3) in Jharkhand Co-operative Societies Act, 2008
(3)When a person to whom a direction has been issued under subsection (1) of this section fails, refuses or avoids to furnish all records and documents of that Society, the Registrar or any person on behalf of the Registrar shall seize the records and documents with the help of police and magistrate.
