38. Loans.
- The Board may sanction loans to the State Governments and the Union territory administration or to the local authorities, Urban development authority, Housing Boards or such other authorities of the State Governments or the Union territory, as the case may be, which are implementing the sub-regional plans and the project plans or developing a counter-magnet area.
