(3)An appeal shall lie to the State Government from any order of the Registrar passed under sub-section (2) within two months from the date of the issue of such order, The order of the State Government on appeal and subject to the result of such appeal, if any, the decision of the Registrar shall be final.CHAPTER - IV Rights and liabilities of Members of Registered Societies
