Section 19(2) in The Orissa Zilla Parishad (Conduct of Business) Rules, 1996
(2)The Secretary shall forward a copy of the minutes of the proceedings of each meeting of the Parishad to the Government and the Revenue Divisional Commissioner having jurisdiction of the district and to all the members of the Parishad within seven days of each meeting.
