Section 5(2) in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Members (Travelling & Daily Allowances) Rules, 1964
(2)A member attending a meeting of a committee shall be entitled to daily allowance for the day or days of such meeting and intervening holidays [and Saturdays] [Inserted by G.S.R. 100, dated 14-2-1984, Published in Rajasthan Rajpatra (Extraordinary), part IV(ga), dated 14.2.1984, page 407-422] if any, as well as for one day immediately preceding the commencement of the meeting and one day immediately succeeding the end of the meeting and the provisos to sub-rule (1) shall apply.
