Section 12(1) in Assam Non-Government Educational Institutions (Regulation of Fees) Act, 2018
(1)No non-government educational institution shall collect any fee in excess of the fee fixed by the Fee Regulatory Committee for admission of students to any standard or course of study in that institution.
