(6)[ The Board shall place before the State Electricity Consultative Council the annual financial statement and supplementary statement, if any, and shall take into consideration any comments made on such statement in the said Council before submitting the same to the State Government under section 61.] [ Substituted by Act 30 of 1966, Section 4, for Sub-Section (6) (w.e.f. 16.9.1966).]
