Section 2(e) in Uttarakhand Technical University Act, 2005
(e)'Existing College' means a college or an institution which imparts technical education and is run and maintained by a University established by or under the Uttar Pradesh State Universities Act, 1973 (as applicable to the State of [Uttarakhand] [Substituted by section 2 of Uttarakhand Act No. 10 of 2010.]) and includes a faculty of such University imparting technical education;
