Section 20(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir Flood Plain Zones (Regulation and Development) Act, 2005
(1)Any person aggrieved by the award of the blood Zoning Authority under sub-section (2) of section 18 may prefer an appeal against such award before the Special Tribunal.
