(a)Every part of the ways, works, machinery and plant shall be maintained in a clean and tidy condition.(b)Any spillage of materials shall be cleaned up without delay.(c)Floors, platforms, stairways, passages and gangways shall be kept free or temporary obstructions.(d)There shall be provided easy means of access to all parts of the plant of facilitate cleaning, maintenance and repairs.
