90. Plans to be approved.
- On receipt of the application and the plans the licensing authority shall forward the same to the Executive Engineer/Sub-Divisional Officer concerned for approval and the applicant shall be bound to carry out such reasonable additions and alterations in the plans as may be directed by the Executive Engineer/Sub-Divisional Officer concerned before the plans are finally approved by him.
