12. Meetings of Board of Examiners.
(1)The Board of Examiners shall meet as often as may in the opinion of the Chairman be necessary for transacting business which cannot be disposed of by circulation of papers.(2)At least thirty clear days' notice of the date of meeting shall be sent to each member.
