- The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:-

(i)The Chancellor;

(ii)The Vice-Chancellor,

(iii)[ The Pro-vice-Chancellor] [Substituted by Gujarat 10 of 1982, dated 24* February, 1982 (w.r.e.f 09-12-1981).],

(iv)The Deans of Faculties,

(v)The Registrar,

(va)[ The Joint Registrar,] [Inserted by Gujarat 21 of 1968, dated 6th November 1968.]

(vi)The Controller of Examinations, and

(vii)such other officers in the service of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be officers of the University.
