Section 48(a) in The Navy (Pension) Regulations, 1964
(a)The amount of family pension and the children's allowance admissible under these regulations shall, if the applicant is in receipt of any other pension or allowance on account of the service of the deceased officer, whether in the Indian Navy or in any other service capacity, be reduced to the extent of such other pension or allowance.
