- The members of the Gram Panchayat or the Zilla Panchayat shall be entitled to such sitting allowances for attending meetings of the Gram Panchayat o r the Zilla Panchayat and traveling allowances that may from time to time be fixed by the State Government;Provided that such sitting allowances and traveling allowances are paid from the Gram Panchayat fund or Zilla Panchayat Fund.
