Section 8(1)(aaa) in The C.G. Foreign Liquor Rules, 1996

(aaa)FL 1-B-(AHATA-Licence). - The licence, which may be granted to an FL 1 or FL 1-A licensee only, shall permit consumption of [foreign/country liquor] [Substituted by Notification No. (27)-B-1-25-2000-CTD-V, dated 31-3-2000.] within any premises or AHATA which shall be adjunct to the premises of FL 1 or FL 1-A licence, specifically mentioned in the schedule annexed to the licence.
