Section 11(1) in Rajasthan Legislative Assembly Ex-Members and Family Pensioners (Medical Facilities) Rules, 2010
(1)In case the medicines prescribed by the Authorized Medial Attendant in the medical diary of the ex-member are not available with the authorized shops, the in-charge of the shop shall issue a Non-availability Certificate (N.A.C.) to the ex-member.
