Section 37(1)(b) in West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development Act, 2013

(b)all the powers, duties and functions which, under the provisions of this Act or any rules or regulations made thereunder or of any other law for the time being in force, may be exercised or performed by the Council or any of the committees or the Chairperson of the Council, shall be exercised or performed by an Administrator to be appointed by the State Government in this behalf:
