Section 48(ii) in The Bar Council of Bihar Election Rules, 1968
(ii)After such certification a copy of the list shall be published in the Official Gazette and a copy thereof shall be sent to the Advocate General and to each of the President of the Advocate Association, Bar Association and Lawyers Association, Patna High Court and other Bar Association, Advocates Association in the State of Bihar, for information.
