Section 50 in Swarnim Gujarat Sports University Act, 2011
50. Indemnity.
- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against and no damage shall be claimed from the University, the Vice-Chancellor, the Chairman, the Directors, the authorities or officers or employees of the University or any other person in respect of any thing which is done in good faith or purporting to be done in pursuance of provisions of this Act or any regulations made there under.
