An account of overtime fee charged under Rule 32 above shall be maintained in the distillery register in form D-22, and the amount due for each month shall be payable within seven days of the closure of the month concerned. Intimation as regards the amount due during the month shall be sent by the[Excise and Taxation Officer or in his absence the Inspector] [Legislative Supplement Part III dated 28.1.69.] to the Manager of the Distillery at the close of each month.
