Section 1 in The East Punjab Factories (Control of Dismantling) Act, 1948
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called The East Punjab Factories (Control of Dismantling) Act, 1948.(2)It extends to the whole of the [State] [Substituted for the word 'Province' by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950.] of [Punjab] [Substituted for the word 'East Punjab' by ibid.].(3)It shall come into force at once.
