7. Provisions for basement in building : The existing sub-clause (ii) shall be replaced with.
"The roof level of the basement shall not be less than 3' x 6" from the adjoining average ground level for adequate light and ventilation."After existing Chapter No. VI, the following Chapters No. VII, VIII and IX shall be incorporated.
