Section 1(2) in The Jawahar Lal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya Act, 1963
(2)It shall [come into force on such date] [W.e.f. 1-10-1964, by Notification No. 6857-7358-XIV-I dated 29-9-1964, published in M.P. Gazette Extraordinary dated 22-9-1964.] as the State Government may, by notification, appoint.
