Section 30(2)(a) in The M.P. State Aid to Industries Act, 1958

(a)the manner of election of the members of the Committee referred to in clause [(c)] [Substituted by M.P. Act No. 21 of 1961] of sub-section (1) of Section 4, and the conduct of proceedings of the Committee including the manner in which notice of a meeting shall be given, the fixing of a quorum and the due record of proceedings;
