Section 2(c) in Bihar Police Sub-ordinate Services Commission Act, 2016
(c)Home (Police) Department of the State Government shall nominate a maximum of 2 (two) members from other department such as, Home Department, Environment and Forest Department, Registration Excise & Prohibition Department, Transport Department and Disaster Management Department.
