370. Notice.
- If the Court does not find sufficient reason to admit the application, it may reject it. Where the application is not so rejected, notice thereof shall be served upon the person against whom the order is sought calling upon him to appear on a day to be named therein to show cause why the application should not be granted, and, if the Court so orders the notice may also direct such person at the same time to produce in Court the body of the person alleged to be illegally or improperly detained then and there to be dealt with according to law.The Court may also order that notice of the application be served upon such other person or persons as it may consider proper. Such notice shall, if the Court so directs be accompanied by copies of the application and the affidavit, the copies being supplied by the applicant.
