Section 5(7) in The Jharkhand Law Officers (Engagement) Rules, 2018
(7)The Search Committee of the district shall recommend the names of the Advocates, upto twice of the number of vacancy of the Law Officers as determined under Rule 3(4) and Rule 3(5) of these Rules.
