Section 15(1) in The Jharkhand State Agricultural University Act, 2000
(1)The Academic Council shall, subject to the provisions of this Act and the Statutes, have the power to regulate and prescribe all courses of study and determine curricula, and shall have general control on teaching and other educational programme within a University, and shall be responsible for the maintenance of standards thereof.
